What happens if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We work with a trusted network of couriers including UPS and Purolator with nation wide networks, but occasionally a package will go missing in transit. Most packages show up within 1-2 business days of an issue like this, but please start by checking:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Around your property

  • With neighbours or reception

  • With family or staff members

If your package still can’t be found, please let our team know at sales@staygolden.ca as soon as possible. We’ll open a case with the carrier. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll file a claim with the carrier for its cost, and then reproduce and replace your order at no cost to you.
