What if I need my order sooner than expected?

If your timeline suddenly changes, reach out to us right away. During some periods of the year we can offer rush production and rush shipping, but it depends on our current capacity, garment availability, and the complexity of your order.

That said, it’s important to know that rush production is usually not possible once your order has already entered our workflow. Our production schedule is tightly planned to maintain quality and consistency for all clients, so last-minute timeline changes can be difficult to accommodate.

For the best results, always communicate your required in-hand date upfront, ideally when you first inquire and during the quoting and proof approval process. This allows us to plan your order correctly, prioritize production, and recommend the best decoration method to meet your deadline.

If an urgent need does come up, we’ll always do our best to help, and if we can speed things up, we will. If we can’t, we’ll be honest, set realistic expectations, and work with you to find the best path forward.
