When will my order be delivered to the Charlottetown pickup location?

Orders scheduled for Charlottetown pickup are delivered each evening after business hours from our Hunter River production facility. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday, and most orders arrive at West Royalty Irving (644 University Ave) around 7:00pm.

Once your order has been dropped off, you’ll receive a pickup notification email confirming that it’s ready. The Irving staff will hold your boxes securely in their storage room until you arrive, simply provide your invoice number to the cashier at the counter, and they’ll retrieve your order for you.

This setup allows for flexible pickup hours, since the Irving is usually open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week (including most holidays). You can always confirm their hours anytime on Google Maps here.
