How does pickup work at the Charlottetown location?

Our Charlottetown pickup location is hosted with our partners at West Royalty Irving (644 University Ave). Orders are delivered daily by the Stay Golden Custom team each evening after business hours, and the Irving staff hold them securely in their storage room until you arrive.

When you’re ready to pick up, simply provide the cashier with your invoice number, and they’ll retrieve your package for you. Most orders are available in the evening or the next business day after delivery.

The Irving station is typically open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, and they remain open most holidays. You can always check their current hours on Google Maps here.

This location is perfect for customers who need flexible pickup hours outside of our standard business times in Hunter River.
