What if I need help loading my order when I pick it up?

If your order is large or heavy, our team is always happy to help load it into your vehicle at our Hunter River production facility. Just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll make sure someone is available to assist with boxes or bulk orders.

For pickups at our Charlottetown location (West Royalty Irving), please note that loading assistance may not be available. The Irving staff are a third-party partner who securely hold orders for pickup but don’t handle order loading. If you’re picking up multiple boxes or large cases from Charlottetown, we recommend bringing someone to help or arranging pickup directly from Hunter River.
