How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready at our production facility in Hunter River, Prince Edward Island. That message will include the pickup address, hours, and any special instructions. Each evening after close, our team does a delivery of packages to our Charlottetown pickup location at 644 University Avenue where your package can be held for pickup by request.
Please wait for the confirmation email and instructions before coming to pick up your order, this ensures everything has been checked, packed, and is ready for you when you arrive.
