What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and replace any affected items as quickly as possible.
We work with trusted courier partners like UPS and Purolator with nation wide networks and will work with them to make things right if damage occurs during the shipping process to an order. Be sure to inspect your delivery when it arrives and let us know of any issues within 5 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve it promptly.
