What should I do if my shipment is delayed by a courier?

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or rural delivery schedules. If your tracking shows no updates for several days or your shipment is past its expected delivery window, please reach out to us at sales@staygolden.ca.

We’ll contact the carrier on your behalf and open an investigation and trace for the package if necessary. Most delays resolve quickly, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way until your package arrives.
