How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive your tracking info or your link isn’t updating, contact your account executive or email our team sales@staygolden.ca, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you and provide more information. Note that after an order is shipped from our facility, we are not able to change its shipping method, timeline or destination.
