How long does shipping take once my order is ready?

Once your order leaves our production facility, ground shipping typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your province and location. Orders within Atlantic Canada usually arrive within 1–2 business days, urban Quebec and Ontario within 2 business days, while shipments to Western Canada can take closer to a week.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress in real time. If you have a specific event or deadline, let us know early in the process so we can help you plan for both production and transit time and let you know if your needed in hand date is possible before order confirmation.
