Can I use copyrighted or trademarked designs?

We can only print or embroider designs you own the rights to or have permission to use. Using copyrighted artwork, brand logos, or licensed characters without authorization violates intellectual-property laws, and we strictly adhere to those regulations at Stay Golden Custom. Please do not submit any artwork files for print which you do not own intellectual property rights to reproduce.

If you’d like to create artwork inspired by an existing brand or image, our designers may be able help you develop an original version that captures the same spirit without infringing on any rights. Protecting both our clients and their brands is a top priority for us.
