How should I prepare my artwork for embroidery?

Edited

Embroidery interprets your design as stitches rather than digital pixels, so clarity and simplicity are key. Logos with bold lines, distinct shapes, and minimal fine detail translate best to embroidery. Avoid very thin text, gradients, or complex fades.

Provide vector artwork whenever possible. We’ll then digitize the logo, turning your design into a stitch map that controls thread direction and density. If your logo includes multiple colours, we’ll match them to the closest thread shades available. Designs that are very small may need slight simplification for readability, but our team handles all of that during setup and can share any suggestions or adjustments for approval before production.
