Can I make changes after approving my design proof?

Once a proof is approved, changes are usually not possible, since your order and its artwork moves straight into production. Garments are ordered, colour separations or digitizing begin, and automated systems are scheduled to run. Any adjustments at that point would require starting the process over, which adds to cost and delays.

That’s why we encourage clients to review proofs carefully before approving. Double-check spelling, placement, and colours, and flag any special requests up front. We’ll always try to help if an emergency change comes up, but approvals are what lock jobs into our workflow, and once that happens, production is underway.
