Will I see an artwork proof before production begins?

Always. Every order at Stay Golden Custom includes a digital proof for your review and approval before production via email. The graphic mockup proofs are included within the quote PDFs that we provide via email and show design placement, approximate print size, and colours (or thread choices for embroidery). Nothing goes into production until you’ve given approval on the quote and mockup proof.

Proofs are a key part of our process, they give you a preview of how your design will appear on the garment. If you have any specific requests, such as exact placement measurements or print size adjustments, this is the time to let us know so that exact instructions can be attached to your order for production. Once approved, we move your order into the production queue as shown in the proof.
