Can you work with low-resolution or non-vector files?

Edited

Yes, but they’ll usually need a little help first. Low-resolution or non-vector files can’t be used for screen printing as-is because they lose detail and don’t scale cleanly. This can lead to "blurry" or low resolution prints on final products. When you send one in, our design team will assess it and, if needed, recreate or “vectorize” it to make it production-ready for best results.

We’ll always show you a proof before moving forward so you can confirm the design still looks the way you want. For small orders or rush projects, we can also suggest DFT printing instead, this method is more forgiving of raster-based designs and can produce excellent results with properly sized PNG or JPEG files
