What types of artwork files do you accept?

We can work with almost any digital artwork file, but the best results always come from high-quality, vector-based files. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG files. If you’re submitting artwork for embroidery or screen printing, vector files are strongly preferred because they maintain clean edges and allow us to resize your design without losing quality. For DFT (Direct-Film-Transfer) and sublimated patches, we can also use high-resolution raster images such as JPEG or PNG (300 DPI or higher), as these processes print digitally and handle photographic or detailed artwork well. If you’re not sure if your file will work, send it in, we’ll review it and let you know if any adjustments are needed before production.
