Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been approved for production and paid for, it cannot be canceled or changed. At that point, the production process has already begun, your garments have been sourced from our supplier warehouses, and setup steps like screen preparation, transfers, or embroidery digitizing are already in motion.
Before approving your proof and quote, please double-check all details like sizes, colours, quantities, and artwork placement to ensure everything is accurate. If you need to cancel or adjust an order before approval, we can usually do so without penalty. After approval, however, we’re fully committed to the production process, and refunds are no longer possible once materials are secured. Our team will always keep things fair and transparent, but once production is underway, changes usually aren’t feasible or possible.
