What happens if a garment is out of stock?

Edited

Most of our blank garments are sourced from warehouses within Canada once your order is confirmed, then printed or embroidered at our production facility in Atlantic Canada. Before sending your quote, our team checks live inventory with our supplier warehouses to make sure your requested items and sizes are available.

That said, inventory in our industry can move fast, especially during peak seasons or large corporate ordering periods. The best way to avoid backorders is to review and approve your quote within one business day of receiving it. This locks in your garment selection before stock levels shift.

If something sells out after your order has been confirmed, we’ll flag it right away and contact you with options. We can recommend a similar product or colour alternative, hold your order until restock, or simply remove and refund the affected pieces. Our goal is always to keep your order on schedule and your final product lineup consistent in quality and look.
