Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because all items are custom-made, we can’t accept returns due to sizing or change of preference. Replacements, exchanges or a credit can be offered if an item is defective in its construction, or an error has been made in producing the order on our part. An example of this would be if a the quantities and sizes in your order do not match the quote approved before production.
We ask that customers notify us within 30 days of an order's completion of any defects or misprints requiring a return. Past 30 days, we are not able to offer replacements or exchanges.
Refunds and exchanges are not offered if sizing is not properly selected for an order. It is a client's responsibility to reference a product's online sizing chart in advance of ordering and verify that their necessary sizes are ordered for their garments. Sizing charts are available for all of our items on our website. We stand behind every product we send out, if we make an error, we own it and fix it quickly to the best of our ability.
