Our minimums typically depend on the decoration method:
Screen Printing: 24 units
DTF (Direct-Film-Transfer): 3 units
Embroidery: 6 units
Laser-Engraved Patches: 12 units
Embroidered Patches: 12 units
Woven Patches: 50 units
Sublimated Patches: 12 units
These minimums help balance setup costs, labour and production efficiency. If you’re below a minimum, we’ll suggest an alternative method or bundle similar designs to make it work.
Most of the clothing brands that we offer can be sourced in as few as 3 units per order, however please note that several brands are by special import and carry higher minimums such as 12 or 24 units.
