Can I make changes to my order after approving it?

Once an order is approved, changes are usually not possible. At that stage, garments have already been sourced and our automated production processes begin right away. We always do our best to be helpful, but your written approvals trigger several steps, ordering blanks, preparing screens or transfers, scheduling machine time and any change after that may not be possible. The best time to make adjustments is before you approve your proof and order. If you realize something needs to be corrected after approval, contact us immediately and we’ll check if there’s still any window to help before your job moves fully into production.
