What is your typical production turnaround time?

Our standard production turnaround is about 10 business days (2 weeks) until an order's ship date from our facility once we have both your payment and artwork approval. That timeline starts after everything is confirmed, sizes, colours, and designs included. If your order needs to hit a certain in hand needed date, we can often prioritize it or adjust decoration methods to make it happen.

Larger or more complex jobs (like custom neck tagging or mixed print types) can add a few extra days for production, but we’ll always give you a realistic timeframe upfront so there are no surprises.
