Can I lock in a specific in-hand date?

Yes this is usually possible if enough time is allotted in advance. We strongly recommend sharing your required in-hand date at the very beginning of your inquiry. This allows us to confirm whether your timeline is realistic and suggest adjustments to the order if necessary.

Once your order is approved and scheduled, we work toward that target date. However, if your deadline was not communicated early, we cannot guarantee expedited adjustments after the fact. Our standard production timeline is 10 business days for core decoration methods. Rush fees may apply for quicker needed timelines.
