Do you offer refunds or credits?
Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as customer selected sizing, colour preference, or changes of mind once production has begun. Custom-decorated items cannot be resold and are created based on your approved proof and order summary.
However, in situations where there is a clear production error, garment defect, or carrier-related damage, we will always make it right. Our standard approach is to reprint or replace the affected items, ensuring you still receive the merchandise you paid for- accurately, professionally, and reliably.
In certain circumstances, we may offer case-by-case solutions, which can include exchanges (when the original product is defective), credits or alternative resolutions depending on the situation.
Our goal is always ensuring that our customers are treated fair and that we deliver on our promise. If the issue is on our end or doesn’t match the approved proof and order specifications, we will make it right. We're always open to discussing your situation and finding a reasonable, customer-friendly path forward.
