What is your policy for shipping delays?

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing depends on the carrier (UPS, Purolator, or other). Weather, seasonal surges, or remote routing may cause delays outside our control.

If a delay occurs, we’ll help track your package and contact the carrier on your behalf. If the shipment becomes lost, please let our team know at sales@staygolden.ca so we can open an insurance claim with the courier and replace the order for you to make it right.
