What happens if inventory is unavailable for my garment after ordering?

The blank garments for each order are sourced from manufacturers and distributors from across North America daily. We typically source the garments for your order on the same day as the order is confirmed. If a garment becomes unavailable after your order is approved (rare, but it can happen during high-demand seasons), we will:

  1. Notify you right away

  2. Offer similar alternatives or solutions

  3. Replace with an equal or better-quality option

  4. Or refund the missing pieces if preferred

We always check stock each garment before quoting, but confirming and approving your quote quickly helps avoid backorders.
