Can I return blank garments?

No, we do not accept returns of blank garments. We are not able to process returns or exchanges for unused blanks.

However, we do offer a helpful option for groups needing to confirm sizing before placing a full order. We can pre-order a small run of blank garments for trying on. Your team can use these blanks to check fit, fabric, and comfort before finalizing your full order.

Once your sizing is confirmed, you can return those same blank garments to our facility, and we’ll decorate them as part of your main order when it goes to production. The cost of the blank try-on garments will then be credited back on your final invoice with only their print cost billed on the final invoice, as long as they are returned clean and printable condition prior to production.

This approach eliminates sizing guesswork and ensures your whole team gets exactly what they need when sizing is a group priority, without the risk of ordering incorrect sizes.
