What if I ordered the wrong sizes?

Since custom apparel is decorated specifically for your order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for customer sizing choices.

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend:

  • Checking each garment’s sizing chart (available on each product webpage)

  • Pre-purchasing blank samples if needed for sizing purposes

  • Using our $20 sample t-shirt pack to compare fits of our most popular t-shirts

  • Asking your team members for their confirmed sizes before placing the final order

In the case that an order contains a product in an incorrect size that does not match your approved size list in your quote, please let us know so we can correct the issue and provide free replacements.

If sizing accuracy is crucial for an order, we can help you arrange pre-order a smaller order of blanks before your order which can be used to help your group pick their sizes, and then returned to our facility to be printed with your main order with a credit applied on your final invoice.
