What if my items arrive damaged or defective?

If any product in your order arrives damaged, whether due to shipping carrier mishandling or a production issue, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right for you. Reach out our team at sales@staygolden.ca and provide photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest to help find a resolution for you.
We can usually replace the affected pieces quickly and work with the carrier as needed to open an insurance claim for the value of any damaged goods during transit. Our goal is always to ensure that you received great products that your team, staff or community will be proud to wear.
