What if I’m unhappy with the final product even though it matches the approved proof?

If the order matches your approved proof but doesn’t look how you expected, we’re always happy to work with you to explain how print, embroidery, garment texture, or colour translation works in real life. However, we cannot offer returns or refunds in these cases if a product was made exactly to approved specifications.

To avoid this, we encourage customers to:

  • Ask for adjustments or clarification during the proofing process

  • Request mockups on darker or lighter garments

  • Provide pantone PMS numbers if exact colour matching is necessary for a logo

  • Provide exact print dimensions in width for their design if decoration sizing is a priority

  • Request additional clarity before approving your order summary and graphic proof
