What is your return policy, and what happens if something is wrong with my order?

Because all Stay Golden Custom products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, colour preference, or a change of mind. Once an order has been approved and produced specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or reused.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every order that leaves our production facility. Before anything goes into production, every customer receives:

  • A detailed digital proof showing design placement, print size, ink/thread colours, and garment style

  • A clear, itemized order summary PDF including selected products, colours, sizes, quantities, and costs

  • A requirement to approve these specs in writing before we begin

Your order is produced exactly according to these approved details. This approval ensures accuracy on both sides and prevents surprises once the finished product arrives. If anything in your final order does not match the proof or order summary you approved, we will make it right. In those cases, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no cost to you.

If an issue is consistent with what was shown in the approved proof (for example, incorrect spelling that existed in your own submitted artwork), the customer is responsible since approval confirms all design details.

Our proofing and approval process exists to protect both your brand and our production quality, and if the final product doesn’t match what you approved, we’ll always go above and beyond make it right.
