Can you embroider on outside provided apparel?

We don’t generally offer embroidery on outside-provided garments or hats as a service. Embroidery requires precise hooping tension and stability, and every fabric behaves differently under the needle. Some materials can stretch, pucker, or tear, and the risk of thread breaks or misalignment increases when using untested items.

When we source garments ourselves through our trusted supply chain and partners, we know how they respond to embroidery and can ensure a professional result every time. If an issue occurs, we can replace the item immediately during production at no cost, which isn’t possible with outside goods.

For specialty or unique products not found in our catalog, we may be able to accommodate and make an exception on a case-by-case basis if the items are a part of a larger project, but it must be reviewed and approved before production.
