Can you I bring my own hats in for embroidery?

No, we don’t presently offer embroidery on outside-provided hats as a service. Hat embroidery requires precise machine calibration, hooping, and tension control—all of which depend on the hat’s construction. Even small differences in structure or seam placement can cause needle breaks, misalignment, or distortion of your logo.

We carry a curated range of hat brands that are fully tested with our embroidery process. By using our sourced hats, we can ensure every stitch is tight, centered, and durable. If a problem ever occurs, we can also replace it immediately.

If you have a rare or specialty hat that isn’t available through our suppliers, we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis after inspecting the item’s construction and if the piece is a part of a larger project.
