What are Sublimated Patches, and what makes them unique?

Edited

Sublimated Patches are made using dye-sublimation printing, a process that infuses ink directly into the patch fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for full-colour, photo-quality designs with smooth gradients, fine details, and precise colour reproduction, something embroidery or laser engraving can’t replicate on patches.

These patches are perfect for logos, illustrations, or complex graphics that require shading, gradients, or multi-colour elements. The surface is smooth and flat, giving a printed look with the durability of a sewn patch. Sublimated Patches are especially popular for brands that want the creative freedom of digital design with the added polish of a patch finish. They allow you a full colour design, while the patch retains a classic look with its raised bevel sewn edges.

They have a minimum order of 12 units and a turnaround of roughly 2–4 weeks, depending on volume. Sublimated patches drop in cost per unit fast on larger bulk orders, so customers are welcome to place a larger bulk order in advance for their patches, and have our team store them on-site at our facility for future orders.
