What are Embroidered Patches, and what makes them unique?

Edited

Embroidered Patches are the most traditional and textured of all of our patch styles. They’re made by stitching embroidery thread into a twill base fabric, giving a raised, tactile feel that looks handcrafted and classic. This is the patch style most people think of when they picture heritage branding or uniform-style logos.

They’re ideal for bold, simple logos or artwork with clean blocks of colour, where the thread can add dimension and depth. With a 12-piece minimum and a 2–3-week turnaround, embroidered patches are great for businesses, trades, and teams looking for a timeless, durable decoration method that feels substantial and long-lasting. The limitation of embroidered patches, as with classic embroidery is that small fine details or text in a logo can be lost or need to be simplified due to the limitations of stitching with thread.
