What are the minimum order quantities and turnaround times for patches?

Minimums and lead times vary by patch type:

• Laser Engraved Patches: 12 unit minimum, - 2-week turnaround

• Embroidered Patches: 12 unit minimum, - 2–3-week turnaround

• Woven Patches: 50 unit minimum, - 4-week turnaround

• Sublimated Patches: 12 unit minimum, - 2–4-week turnaround (depending on sourcing option)

We source our Laser Engraved Patches domestically, so they’re the fastest to produce and the easiest to reorder. If you’re on a tight timeline, that’s the patch we’ll recommend. The other patch types are produced through specialized production partners and take longer for their setup process so they take a bit longer but open up more customization options.
