What’s the difference between each type of patch that you offer?

Edited

The main difference between our types of patches, come down to texture, level of detail, and visual style.

  • Laser Engraved Patches are smooth and precise, using a laser to etch your design into a synthetic leather-like material. They give a modern, upscale finish—perfect for lifestyle brands and corporate headwear.

  • Embroidered Patches are textured and tactile, with real stitched threads that give depth and a handcrafted feel. They’re great for bold, simple logos but are limited for small text and details.

  • Woven Patches use tighter thread weaves, resulting in a smooth surface and crisp detail. They’re the best option when your artwork includes small text or intricate graphics but do have higher minimum order quantities due to the extensive setup process involved.

  • Sublimated Patches use digital printing to achieve full-colour gradients and complex designs. They’re smooth to the touch and perfect when colour accuracy and detail matter most.

If you’re unsure which type fits your brand, our team can show you real samples so you can compare the textures and finishes before placing your order.
