What types of custom patches do you offer?

We offer four main types of custom patches: Laser Engraved, Embroidered, Woven, and Sublimated. Each one has its own unique look, feel, and best use case depending on your design, timeline, and budget.

• Laser Engraved Patches are made from a PVC material that comes in a wide range of shades including faux leather and are manufactured domestically, giving them a premium, retail-ready look with quick turnaround times (around 2 weeks). They are our best selling patch style and are perfect for hats, toques, and outerwear. Laser etching also allows us to capture a much higher amount of detail in small logos in comparison to other patch styles.

• Embroidered Patches have a raised, textured stitch pattern on a twill base that creates a classic, timeless appearance.

• Woven Patches use fine threads to achieve high-resolution detail, ideal for logos or small text that wouldn’t work with embroidery.

• Sublimated Patches are digitally printed onto the patch's twill surface, allowing for full-colour artwork, gradients, and photo-style designs.
