Can you embroider very small logos?
We can embroider small logos, but there are practical limits to how small we can go before details begin to blur or threads merge together. For best clarity, we recommend logos at least 2 inches wide and text no smaller than 0.25 inches tall. At smaller scales, fine outlines or intricate fonts can lose sharpness.
When we spot potential readability issues, our design team will offer suggestions like simplifying shapes or increasing contrast to maintain a clean result. If your project absolutely requires micro-level detail, we might suggest a laser engraved or sublimated patch instead, which allows more precision while still being applied to fabric. Either way, we’ll ensure the end product looks polished and on-brand with our suggestions and experience.
