Yes, absolutely. Every embroidery order starts with a digital proof, which is the standard approval step before production. This proof shows your design’s placement, size, and colour selections, allowing you to confirm everything before we begin the production process.

If you’d like to see how your logo looks in actual thread rather than on-screen, you can request a photo of the sew-out before production commences a test embroidery of your digitized file. This gives you a clear view of the real stitch texture, thread sheen, and detail quality before we run the full order.

Because a sew-out involves the same setup and digitizing as a regular job, its best to request and flag this early in the quoting or proofing stage if it is a priority for your order. Once you’ve approved your proof or photo sample, we’ll move straight into production using the exact same file and machine settings to ensure your final order looks perfect.
