What does embroidery “digitizing” mean?

Edited

Digitizing is the process of translating your logo or artwork into a file that our embroidery machines can read. It defines how the embroidery machine moves, what direction the stitches go, and how dense each area should be. It’s essentially the bridge between your design file and the actual needlework.

This step has a huge impact on final quality, poorly digitized embroidery files can lead to uneven stitching, puckering, or broken threads. That’s why we focus on high quality digitizing to ensure every stitch is perfectly calculated for the fabric type and logo design. Once your design is digitized, it will be kept on file and can be reused anytime for future orders without setup delays.
