What’s the turnaround time for embroidery orders?

Production for embroidery orders generally take about 10 business days (2 weeks) from final proof approval and payment. This timeline allows for digitizing, material prep, and detailed stitching, which can be slower and more intricate than printing.

If your order includes multiple decoration types, like embroidery and screen printing, it might take an extra day or two for coordination between departments during our peak seasons in May or November. During peak seasons, production spots can fill quickly, so we always recommend placing orders early if you’re targeting a specific event date. Note that special order 3D puff embroidery usually takes closer to 15 business days (3 weeks).
