Can you embroider on sleeves or special placements?
Yes. We can embroider on sleeves, chest, back, and some other custom placements as long as the garment can be securely hooped and positioned flat onto our embroidery machine. Some locations, like near seams, cuffs, or zippers, can limit the embroidery area due to machine constraints, but we’ll always review your product and placement before production to make sure it’s feasible. One limitation with embroidery is that it usually cannot be done over a garment's pocket without sewing the pocket shut, for this reason we typically do not embroider over pockets and recommend printing instead for that type of special placement.
Sleeve embroidery is especially popular for subtle branding, employee initials, or secondary logos, while back yoke embroidery adds a professional touch to jackets and uniforms. If a placement isn’t suitable for direct embroidery, we can often achieve the same look using embroidered patches that are later heat-pressed or sewn onto the garment.
