Can you embroider small text or fine details?

Edited

We can, but there are natural limits with recreating a logo with stitching. Embroidery is created with real thread, not ink, so very fine text or intricate details can lose sharpness when stitched. As a general rule, text smaller than 0.25 inches tall doesn’t translate cleanly. When that happens, we’ll recommend simplifying, adjusting or slightly enlarging your design to keep it readable and polished.

Our digitizing specialists are skilled at preserving detail while maintaining stitch quality. If you have a complex logo or script font, we can test-sew a sample and show you exactly how it will look before full production. Sometimes we may also suggest using digital printing or woven or sublimated patches for ultra-detailed artwork that embroidery can’t capture as cleanly.
