Our professional grade embroidery machiness can handle up to 8 thread colours per design, but most logos use between one and five for a clean, cohesive look. More colours don’t always mean better results, simpler thread combinations often create stronger visual impact and better legibility.

Because thread has a natural sheen, even a small number of colours can appear dimensional and dynamic under different lighting. If you have a design with subtle gradients or shadowing, we’ll help translate it effectively into thread using tonal variations. We have a wide range of thread colours in our stock library, or can custom order thread to match your brand colours for an additional cost.
