What file types do you accept for embroidery?
Edited
For best results, we prefer to start with vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) since they give us perfect scalability and clean edges. High-resolution PNGs or JPEGs (300 DPI or higher) can also work. If you don’t have your original file handy, no problem, our team can often rebuild or trace your design so it’s suitable for embroidery. Basic design help is included with all of our orders.
Every design goes through a digitizing stage anyway, so even if your file isn’t perfect, we’ll make sure it’s optimized before it hits the machines. This process ensures the final stitch pattern looks sharp and proportionate once translated from pixels to thread.
