Can you screen print over seams, zippers, or pockets?

No, we cannot screen print directly over seams, zippers, or pockets. These raised or uneven areas prevent the garment from laying flat on our press, which makes it impossible to achieve a clean and consistent print. Printing over these surfaces can cause the ink to break, skip, or distort, so we avoid it entirely to protect the quality of your finished product. If your design falls near these areas, our team can help adjust placement to ensure the best possible result. That being said, direct-film-transfer digital printing does allow us the flexible to print on some raised pockets and hard to reach locations that couldn't be traditionally screen printed.
