Why does my design look smaller or larger than expected?

A common misconception can be that screen printed designs are scaled proportionally across all sizes, but that’s not standard for screen printing. We set up the screens at one size per design to maintain quality and accuracy across the entire order. A print that looks larger on a size small tee may look smaller on a 2XL hoodie—that’s normal. If proportional resizing is important to you, we can quote that as a custom setup with multiple sets of screens at various sizes for the same garment by special request.
