What’s the biggest design size you can screen print?

Our maximum print area for screen printing on most garments is about 14” wide by 16” tall. Oversized prints or specialty placements can sometimes be accommodated depending on the garment. If you have a specific placement in mind, we’ll review your artwork and garment style to confirm what’s possible before production. Note that with screen printing, a design is typically set up at one set of dimensions to be printed across the entire size run, so an oversized design will need to be able to fit even on the smallest size of shirt or sweater in your order. Multiple screen set ups at various sizes can be arranged by request for an additional cost.
