What’s the difference between screen printing and DFT?

Edited

Screen printing uses physical ink pushed through a stencil onto a garment's fabric, while DFT (direct-film-transfer) prints are digitally printed transfers that are heat-pressed onto garments. Screen printing offers the most durable and vibrant results for large runs. DTF is more flexible for smaller orders, multi-colour designs, or detailed artwork that would be too complex for screens.
